Testing Procedures for Potable Water
Step 1:
Follow all guided steps

Prior to loading or unloading always open your dome lid to help the venting process.

Step 3: Source Water Testing
Complete
1. At some water pickup locations the facility will provide you a chlorine reading from the source- record the water sources and the chlorine reading on the Sun Coast deliver ticket

2. Take a photo of the testing reading from your mobile device.

3. If available request the source water documentation & receipt for the water. If provided, retain that paperwork and take a photo of it as well.

4. If the loading facility does not provided you a chlorine reading, you MUST use the test kit provided and test the water chlorine level to ensure it is in range of 1.0 to 5.0. If the reading is below 1.0 or above 5.0 immediately call Susan Tyler @ 512-639-3288 or Mike Vix @ 281-235-8580 for further instructions

5. If the reading is within the range of 1.0 to 5.0, record the reading on the Sun Coast delivery ticket and take a photo of the results next to your trailer number.

6. Proceed to your delivery point

Step 4: Unloading Potable Water Testing
Complete
Before you unload the water at the customer, re-test the chlorine level of the water in your trailer. This is the same procedures as in Step 2 above. If the water reading is below 1.0 or above 5.0 DO NOT unload the water. Follow procedure and call Susan Tyler or Mike Vix at the number given for proper instruction to follow.

Step 5: Submitting your documentation after delivery
