IT - Overall technology strategy and support. This encompasses IT support, project management, network and systems integration, security, planning, and budget.
Accounts Payable - Processing and payment of invoices for company; utilizes technology for invoice visibility and approval.
Supply Chain - Support hospitals in access to superior customer service, costing and total value from vendor partners, including Capital Equipment. Responsible for vendor and contract management, Golden Paw Preferred Providers and Vetcove.
Marketing - Marketing process and execution, website management, campaign support, responsiveness to clinic marketing requests
Talent Acquisition/Recruiting - Full cycle recruiting support that includes job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and extending job offers.
Finance - Financial reporting (P&Ls) and analysis, providing hospitals and leaders with day to day financial support
Human Resources - Benefits, employment concerns, onboarding (excluding payroll)
Payroll - Payroll processing
Operations - District Managers assist with the day to day hospital operations at the clinics. Responsible for mentoring and supporting Practice Managers.
Medical Operations - Strategic Medical Directors (SMDs) assist with the day-to-day medical operations at the clinics. Responsible for mentoring and supporting DVMs as well as recruiting DVMs.
Facilities/Real Estate - Clinic maintenance, new construction, and renovation
Continuous Improvement - Antech/Idexx Reference Lab Contract/Transition and Usage, Growing Preventive Wellness in your hospital, AirVet Virtual Health Platform, practice management software, PIMS best practice guidance, pet insurance, pricing, and profitability assistance.
Practice Manager Hotline - Peer to peer support for all MVP practice managers utilized for direction to appropriate documents, resources, or department as well as supplementary training resource.
