By Signing below the undersigned hereby acknowledges the Parking Lease agreement between Franklin National Transportation and the party listed below, for parking, equipment at 9811 Travis Trail Dallas, TX 75241.
The payment per equipment is due on the 1st of every month in the amount of $100 per equipment item. The 1st month's rent will be prorated based on the Parking Lease Agreement beginning date.
I further acknowledge that Franklin National Transportation will not be held liable for theft or accidents while parking. Upon receipt of payment and submission of this form, the lease agreement will go into effect immediately and will continue for the duration of time that services are being rendered.
