Upon arrival, MOD must walk the perimeter of Palapa to ensure that the previous closing was done correctly. (Inside and Outside)
Review Reservations of Sevenrooms, Opentable, and check the events calendar.
Create Floorplan from folder in the office labled with the days of the week. Deployment and floor plans are ready.
Check TIXR & Feverzone, log in, print your guest list 30 minutes before doors open.
Ice machine is ON and working.
Dumpsters are moved from container to the street. Contact maintenance for a key.

PAR lights are set inside for performer. (4-6 inside) Not turned on until 7pm.
Performance equitment is positioned and ready to go. (Tripodes, ropes, hoops, ect.)
Performer has a W-9 and Release of Liability signed on file
Stage and accesories are correctly assebled and ready for service.
AROMA360 Diffuser is ON and filled with oil.
PAR lights are set outside. (4 outside) 1 on main enterance, 2 in the tree, and 1 outfront on the A-frame.
Alter is moved and set up outside. (depending on weather) Lamp is plugged in.
Outide is set up correctly. Carpets, high top stools, small furniture, Tables set, glassware, plates, QR codes.
BOTH host stands are set up.
Candles are ON and in correct places. On top of cage, outside, bookcase, every table.
Fire pit is assembled but NOT lit. Propane tank attatched and covered. Fire extinguisher is in the correct spot by White Bench.
