    The ASA will accept booking request forms starting on Monday May 17, 2021 at 10:00am and will continue to accept forms until June 15, 2021, or until all exhibition slots are filled.

    Exhibitions can be booked for more than one booking period, but please note that the $75.00 booking fee for each period will apply (for example, if booking one exhibition for two periods - you will be invoiced for two booking fees). Requests will be processed in the order that they are received, and you will receive an email in the coming weeks to confirm your exhibition bookings. Invoices for exhibitions will be sent to each venue in September. Thank you for your interest in the Travelling Exhibition (TREX) Program!
