    • Air Conditioner 
    • Thermostat check & adjust.
    • Condenser coil check if it needs cleaning.
    • Wiring and electrical connections check.
    • Blower belt wear, tension check & adjust.
    • Voltage & amperage draw on all motors with meter check.
    • Compressor contactor check.
    • Inspect compressor visually and amp draw check.
    • Start capacitor & potential relay check.
    • Pressure switch cut-out setting check.
    • Air filter replacement or reusable type filter cleaning.
    • Gauges installation & operating pressures check.
    • Refrigerant (freon) level check & adjustments advice if necessary.
    • Condensate drain & pan check then advise of any discrepancies.
    • Expansion valve & coil temperatures check.
    • Lubricate parts as needed.
    • Evaporator coil check & cleaning advice if needed.
    • The total system is in the shape check & advice for inconsistencies to customers.
    • Check and adjust thermostat.
    • Heat Pump 
    • Thermostat check & adjust.
    • The indoor & outdoor check if units turn on.
    • Air filter replacement or cleaning if it is reusable type.
    • Bearings check & blower motor lubrication if needed.
    • Blower belt, wear, tension check & adjust if needed.
    • Electrical connections for tightness, check.
    • Evaporator coil check to determine if it needs cleaning.
    • Voltage to unit check.
    • Blower motor amp draw check.
    • Electric heaters with amp probe check & voltage during heating inspection.
    • Condenser motor bearings check & lubricate if needed.
    • Condenser motor amp draw. check
    • Refrigerant (freon) level check.
    • Compressor amp draw check.
    • Crankcase heater check if compressor has one installed.
    • Defrost controls check.
    • Reversing valve operation check.
    • Coil temperature check.
    • Condensate drain and pan check then advise of any discrepancies.
    • Visual inspection of ductwork & make notes regarding discrepancies.
    • The total system is in the shape check & advise customer of discrepancies.
