Summer Camp Cancellation Form
In order to receive a full cash refund, Summer Camp enrollment must be withdrawn or canceled on or before May 20, 2021. Summer Camp cancellation requests made on May 21, 2021, until May 30, 2021, shall receive only a 50% refund. Any cancellations made after the last date allowed for cancellation shall be considered forfeited in favor of the camp and will not receive a refund or credit.
