Strategies: The approach you take to help a young person achieve a goal. How will you be strategic in documenting what your approach looks like?
Objectives: The set of actionable items that will be demonstrated as takeaways of your work. Not always "what", but the skills, deliverables and things learned as a result of your impact in implementing your Credible Messenger program.
Outcomes: The work put into establishing the vision, purpose, and goals of the program should help provide direction for creating program outcomes. It is necessary to take those goals and translate them into tangible, 'measurable' outcome statements in Goal #1, #2 and #3. Think of an outcome as a statement of how we would recognize if or how well participants have learned what is intended they should learn... it tells us what, and how well, participants were able to achieve a goal that they were unable, or only partially able, to do before your 1) engagement, 2) curriculum(s)/ lesson plan(s) 3) resources, services and supports.
