2 whole cucumbers get sliced thin and added to a 22pt container.

Add ICE and Fill with Water. Let cucumbers sit in water for at least 30 minutes before bottling for best flavor. Cover top of container with sering tray to block things from getting in the water.

Bottle a MINIMUM of 18 Bottles a DAY of Palapa Water.

Keep bottles on ICE in black bus tub on the water table.

Ice down a MINIMUM of (10) Aqua Pana Bottles in a black bus tub. (asses for the day)

Ice down a MINIMUM of (10) Pelle grigio Bottles in a black bus tub. (asses for the day)

Have a stack of CLEAN GLASSES on the water table. MINIMUM of (3) full CLEAN racks.
