Remove floor mats

Scrub mats with soapy water and broom in designated mat cleaning area.

Then hose them down. Wash away all soap.

Leave drying overnight in designated area.

Sweep Bar floors after mats are picked up and scrubbed.

Mix your floor cleaning solution with…

(1) Ice Bucket of Water (ideally hot)

On TUES, THUR, SATURDAY (2oz) Bleach

ON WED, FRI. SUN use (2oz) Baking Soda

Stir.

Now, standing at the entrance to the bar; POUR the Bucket of solution toward the ice machine hitting as much surface area of the floor as possible. Ask the bartender to move out of the way before you through the water.

Use a Broom to spread the water and scrub the floor. (Use a deck brush if we have one)

Use a squeege to squeegee all the water down the drain.

Dry Mop the floor when finished to avoid footprints and slips.

Bleach down ALL floor drains and sinks EVERYNIGHT!

Take Photo of Floors Scrubbed, Squeegeed, and dry mopped. (FAILURE TO PROVIDE PHOTO WILL RESULT IN A WRITE UP)
