Please only submit this form if you are 400% sure of your purchase. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS AFTER SUBMISSION OF THE ORDER FORM.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

ORDER CONFIRMATION WILL BE SENT VIA E-MAIL. Please make sure to provide the correct e-mail address. Wait for the confirmation of your orders via e-mail, with the subject of the e-mail as your official order number. Details such as payment details and exact shipping fees will be sent in the same e-mail.

LATE PAYMENT

Failure to pay your payment within 24 hours of receiving your confirmation email will result in a ₱50 /day late payment fee. YOUR ORDER WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DELETED FROM OUR SYSTEM IF NOT SETTLED AFTER 5 DAYS.
