We are incredibly excited to share with you this good news!
The recent improvement in the COVID-19 metrics indicates that it is safe to return to in-person learning. And so we are currently working on the move for the return to in-person learning.
We have this program proposed for the in-person learning program:
- Students will attend in person 3 days per week on Mondays to Wednesdays;
- Students will attend remotely on Thursdays and Fridays;
- Students may still continue with the remote learning option during the academic year provided that notice shall be given 1-day prior to the scheduled class;
- The in-person learning model is recommended for the following types of students:
- Students who are ready to return to in-person conduct of classes socially and emotionally;
- Students whose parents understand that our safety processes are sufficient to ensure or mitigate efforts for the health and safety of the school community.
- Students who are having difficulties in the home-based or remote learning and who may be in need of in-person support from teachers;
- Students who are not "self-starters" and may be in need of personal motivation.
While it is our hope and intention that everyone returns to the in-person learning method, we also understand that there are those who still prefer the home-based learning method during these times. In this regard, we are asking the parents/students to fill out this form as an express commitment to take part in in-person learning.
Thank you for your support.
