In consideration of myself, participant/coach/referee in this event, I hereby forever release, discharge and hold harmless the Chilliwack Women's Rec Soccer League, its directors, officers, organizers, employees, representatives and agents, from and against all claims, actions, causes of loss or damage sustained by the named participant/coach to his/her person or property, however caused arising out of or in connection with my participation in this event (notwithstanding that same may have been caused or contributed to by the negligence of Chilliwack Women's Rec Soccer League, its officers, organizers, employees, representatives or agents
This release shall be binding upon my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns.
