2021 Annual Meeting Expense Claim

Delegates and paid alternates who incur costs for child care/dependent care in order to participate in the virtual 2021 Annual Meeting may submit an expense claim limited to the following guidelines:

a) Payment for child and adult dependent care shall not exceed $75 per meeting day for each dependent.

b) Payment for child care is limited to dependents 18 years of age and under.

c) Payment for adult dependent care is limited to an adult whose care is the responsibility of the member.

d) Overnight care is not a reimbursable expense.

e-Transfer for Member Expenses

ETFO has access to Interac e-Transfer which enables us to send payments to any member with an email address and an account at a Canadian credit union or bank. If you would like to sign up for this service, please go to https://events.etfo.org/upcoming-events/, log on to EMS, and click on the “Sign up for Interac e-Transfer payment service” event link.

You will be asked to confirm your email address and provide authorization to allow ETFO to process all future payments through e-Transfer. You will receive an email confirmation once you are set up on our system.
