I understand that participating in dance class can be potentially dangerous. I agree to follow the instructions and non-verbal cues issued by the instructor.I am aware that potential risks associated with high intensity cardio workouts or other dance fitness modalities include, but are not limited to, serious neck and spinal injuries that may result in complete or partial paralysis or brain damage, serious injury to virtually all bones, joints, ligaments, muscles, tendons, and other aspects of the musculoskeletal system, and serious injury or impairment to other aspects of my body, general health, and well-being, or death.I am in good health to the best of my knowledge and I am fully able to participate in a general Zumba program. I hereby consent to first aid, emergency medical care, and admission to an accredited hospital or an emergency care center when necessary for executing such care and for treatment of injuries that I may sustain while participating in Zumba.I understand that I am responsible for my own medical expenses regarding any injury that occurs during Zumba. I will notify the Zumba Instructor of any significant injury that requires medical attention (such as emergency care and hospitalization).Dancing, even while outdoors can pose possible health risks, including the contraction of Covid-19. I agree to follow all health and safety measures imposed by our government, including maintaining social distancing and wearing a mask before and after class. I am aware of my own health risks if I choose to dance without a mask during Zumba at the Park.By choosing to participate in Zumba at the Park I assume all personal responsibility for my actions,safety, and compliance with state and local laws.
