Treat-or-Treat Instructions
1. This form sould be completed before 6:00pm on October 26th.
2. You must wear a facial covering during the event and maintain social distance from others.
3. Please be courteous to your neighbors and keep your decorations confined to your display area.
4. No amplified music other than Halloween themed music is allowed.
5. You should keep Halloween displays family friendly.
6. Exhibitors must arrive, be decorated and ready to go by 1:30pm.
