I hereby declare the following: I hold a full and valid European Community (EC) / European Economic Area (EEA) driving licence, that meets the standard of Pegasus Couriers Scotland LTD and its client(s), and holds no points, penalties and/or endorsements for the following:
- Having caused death through careless driving when unfit through drink
- Having caused death by careless driving when unfit through drugs
- Having caused death by careless driving with alcohol level above the limit
- Having caused death by careless driving then failing to supply a specimen for alcohol analysis
- Having caused death by driving: unlicensed, disqualified, or uninsured
- Dangerous driving
- Having caused manslaughter or culpable homicide while driving a vehicle
- Furious driving
- Driving or attempting to drive with alcohol above the legal limit
- Driving or attempting to drive while unfit through drink
- Driving or attempting to drive then failing to supply a specimen for analysis
- Driving or attempting to drive then refusing to give permission for analysis of a blood sample that was taken without consent due to incapacity
- Failure to provide a specimen for analysis in circumstances other than driving or attempting to
- Failing to provide a specimen for a breath test
- Using a vehicle uninsured against third party risks
- Motor racing on the highway
- Aggravated taking of a vehicle
I have not had any major preventable collisions within the previous three years I must notify the Company if I change my licence from an EC/EEA to a UK driving licence; I understand that when the Company received my new driving licence details, a standard DVLA check will be performed and held in my file.
