Associate agrees that the above data entered (Number of items, Item description, Price per item, Total price owed) is accurate and Associate agrees to the following terms and conditions:
Associate will sell above mentioned merchandise for price stated and will in turn pay Sourze LLC the stated price for each item sold within 48 hours of taking the merchandise off-premises.
Method of payment may include: cash, CashApp, Venmo, or any method agreed upon by the parties (Sourze LLC /Associate).
Any unsold items must be returned to Sourze LLC in their original and undamaged condition. Any damaged or lost items shall be the responsibility of Associate and Associate will owe price stated above for each damaged or lost item. Unsold items must be returned to Sourze LLC within 48 hours of taking the items off-premises.
