  • Chain link fence screen is maintained and in good condition*

  • All points of off-site runoff are stabilized*
  • Dust control measures are being used as needed*
  • Roadways are being swept and cleaned as needed*
  • Inlets that are or will be functional during construction are protected*
  • Inlet protection is being maintained*
  • All construction materials are kept within the project limits*
  • All construction and demolition debris is well maintained, and contained and disposed of in a timely manner*
  • Washouts are adequate for the amount of material being discharged*
  • Liners are free from rips and tears*
  • Washouts are located to not affect water inlets*
  • Certification Statement by Inspector: “I certify under penalty of law that this document and all attachments were prepared under my direction or supervision in accordance with a system designed to assure that qualified personnel properly gathered and evaluated the information submitted. Based on my inquiry of the person or persons who manage the system, or those persons directly responsible for gathering the information, the information submitted is, to the best of my knowledge and belief, true, accurate, and complete. I am aware that there are significant penalties for submitting false information, including the possibility of fine and imprisonment for knowing violations.”
