THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION WILL HELP ME CREATE A PROGRAM FOR YOU
Whenever you make a commitment to trying something new, advancing your yoga practice or making a change, it is a process and that takes time. We're not looking for a quick fix, we're looking for lasting change. As your teacher, I commit to giving you my skills and experience gained over many years of study and teaching. I ask you to take responsibility for your own wellbeing and achievements. Please read the following carefully and check the box next to each.
1 - We will meet for one 60-minute session per week for 8 weeks. Each activity selected is designed to empower you with choice. As we work together, you will be given options and modifications. We will work through these together and find out what works for you. Please be aware that dedication and attendance are essential in achievement.

2 - I know that challenging yourself can be uncomfortable. It is always difficult to approach new movements with inquiry and to be open to receive new input, but these are rewarding endeavours. Remaining curious outside of your comfort zone as this is where growth happens.
