Halloween Map Registration Form
To fully enjoy Halloween, our village will be creating a Halloween Map wherein the participants can refer or follow on what houses will be participating in the trick-or-treat event.
Just fill out the form below and submit it if you want to want to join.
Rules:

1. Only houses that are labeled in the Halloween Map will be visited
2. Always wear a mask that covers your mouth and nose.
3. During the event time, please don't let your participants press the doorbell or knock on the door. Instead, please wait for them in a specific time range and hand over the treats.
4. Choose a decoration or a costume that is non-offensive, non-political, and appropriate for the participants.
5. Deadline for registration will be on October 29, 2021.
