Visualization Request Form
Policy & Procedures:
A. Requesting Client shall complete an online VISUALIZATION REQUEST FORM in its entirety and submit electronically to OD Interiors to begin a new visualizatiton project.
B. OD Interiors will only start and process visualization requests with a completed and submitted VRF. This is necessary to guide the designers in coming up with appropriate details for the design direction.
C. Requesting Client shall provide the general direction; high resolution images of the product being featured; scene and viewpoint suggestions for the requested products in the notes below along with a vision board for art direction. The Requesting Client will also provide physical samples of materials when available
D. All requested information shall be provided before the project begins.
F. OD Interiors will email the conceptual design to the Requesting Client for approval within the mutually agreed time frame. Requesting Client is allotted one round of revisions which must be submitted to OD Interiors within 3 business days following the initial concept design submission.
G. Once suggested revisions are completed, the final revised design will be sent electronically (i.e. email, Dropbox, Google Drive) to the Requesting Client.
H. Additional jobs will not be accepted without a VRF.
