FORM – VIRTUAL TABLE RESERVATION

• Complete the form by December 3, 2021, 5 pm (ET).
• You can register between 6 and 12 people (including yourself).
• An email confirming your table number will be sent to you and your guests on the week of December 6th.
• Once your form is submitted, it will not be possible to make any changes. However, you can invite new guests to your table by giving them your table number at any point. Note however that if you are more than 12 people, the experience of your virtual table will not be optimal.
