ALL PRE-ORDERS will be CARTED on WEDNESDAY at 9AM!!
1. Please send me your completed form by 10PM on Monday day, December 6nd so I can be organized & ready to enter orders at 9AM on Wednesday morning!!
2. Please make note at the bottom that you'll be ok with a different size IF there are Sell Outs!! (IE: I select an 8, but if 8 sells out, I'll take a 10 instead)
3. Sizing Notes - the velour dress runs true to size to small - do not size down.
4. If you want to ADD any other CURRENT WEBSITE ITEMS & GOOD HART, please list them at the bottom of the form in the NOTES section!
