The VDP was awesome! I'm a raving fan and definitely plan to attend another event. The VDP was Great! I'd recommend it to others. The VDP was not for me.

How to reduce stress by benefiting from meditation and including it into my daily routine. How to change your life by making a mindset shift and finding out your true identity. How to find your purpose/ your passion. How to live your life with more gratitude. How to remove old habits and create new habits with accountability. How to forgive yourself and stop living with the guilt and fear. How to have healthy relationships and create healthy boundaries with your adult children.

Which type of paid programs are you most likely to sign up for? (this helps me better understand the preferences of our community as I design my own programs.
I prefer self-paced "do it yourself" type training. I enjoy learning with others, so I prefer group coaching programs that offer self-paced training and access to a subject matter expert. My time is limited, so I prefer programs where my participation is minimal and the bulk of the work is done by others. other

I would like to have a call with Elise to learn more about How I can kickstart the process of _ my business. I would like Elise's help capturing key metrics and improving overall optics in my business. I love the idea of creating systems and dashboards, but have too much on my plate right now to focus on anything else.
