This Child Support Agreement is for the child of blanks* & blank* .

5. The Parties agree to share their financial notices related to child support agreement to each other in every month.
6. Health insurance, medical and dental covarage, additional child related costs will continue untill the age of majority (Age 18).
7. Meeting with the child, participation in school activities, telephone, e-mail, face-to-face etc. with the child. communication is permanent. Both Parties have declared that they will not prevent this.
8. Parties are obliged to notify each other within 72 hours of changes such as address, telephone number, e-mail change.
9. Parties have agreed to share copies of all required documents for Child Support Aggrement with the court and each other.
10. Parties accept that in case of disagreement, they will try to solve the problems in the best interest of the child, and if it does not work, they will apply to the court in a short time and take actions that will not make the child a victim.
