  • Thank you for choosing 360 Painting for your project. We are excited to get started. Please complete AND submit this form 7 days prior to the start date of your project. Your project may be delayed if we do not receive this back in time. We order paint ahead of time to make sure that the product is available. Having this form back on time helps us do that. Your paint quote allows for 3 wall colors, a trim color, and a ceiling color. There is a $75 per color charge for additional colors. If you are wanting more than three wall colors please list the additional colors, sheens and corresponding areas in the comment section prior to submitting this form. If you have custom colors and old cans of paint, please take a picture of the labels, respond and attach them to this form.
