1. My service is avaliable at NO COST to you the Customer, and using us will never add a dime of cost to your lease or subtract from any Specials being offered to you. In fact our individual services are designed to help you identify market savings that you would have otherwise missed. We have access to over 98% of Houston's 4,000 Apartments Complexes.. This allows us to price more apartments and pass the savings on to you.

2. In exchange for the Locator Services Provided at your request, you must agree to list "Jill" at "Findit" as your Apartment Locator and source of referral on all Guest Cards where you visit and on your leasing application. You must notify me once you are approved and have a Move In Date, so I may be compensated for our work and you can claim your Gift Card. THE APARTMENT COMPLEX WILL NOT NOTIFY ME, YOU MUST EMAIL OR COMPLETE THE "CLAIM YOUR GIFT" FORM.
