- Furniture cannot be moved in any capacity.
- Staff desks are to remain untouched
- The agent/person reserving the space is responsible for all clean-up post-event, including trash removal and setting the space back to the way it was found.
- If alcoholic beverages are to be served, a licensed and insured bartending service must be present.
- The doors to the building are locked before the hours of 9:00 am and after 5:00 pm Monday through Friday and are locked throughout the weekend. The agent/person reserving the space must provide an individual to be present at the entrance, to open the doors for guests. Doors can not be propped open as it is a security concern.
- A security deposit of $1,000, must be left with the office's Agent Experience Coordinator. This will be returned post-event provided there are not any damages.
- All disposable plates, napkins, glasses, cups, and cutlery must be provided by the agent/person reserving the space or your vendor that is providing service for the event.
- The coffee machine, Bevi machine, and all beverages in the refrigerator are unavailable for your event.
*The space is not reserved until all requirements are fulfilled. A reservation confirmation will be sent upon completion.
