Equipment Liability Form
1. A security deposit of $500, must be left with the office's Agent Experience Coordinator, upon pick up. This will be returned when the equipment is returned provided there are not any damages.
2. Equipment must be returned the next business day or at a mutually agreed upon time/date.
*The equipment is not reserved until all requirements are fulfilled. A reservation confirmation will be sent upon completion.
