Conference Exhibitor Interest Survey
Because of the current public health situation, we are beginning to evaluate options for how to make our exhibitor hall a good experience for both exhibitors and attendees. The size of the Conference Hall creates difficulties and physical distancing standards of 6' are not practical or feasible in this space. The conference is scheduled February 25-28, 2022 at XYZ.

Not a priority to attend this coming year anyway
Cost of booth/sponsorship doesn't validate attending

Ability to host/facilitate discussion on topics of your expertise
Ability to host casual break out or virtual happy hour

Other
If we are able to hold our in-person conference, what safety precautions would you recommend we implement to make you feel comfortable? It is assumed we will have ample amounts of hand sanitizer available and disinfect high touch surfaces.
Require use of face coverings
Encourage use of face coverings
Limit vendors in hall simultaneously but create two different slots of the conference for exhibitors to sign up for. (e.g. First Half: Thursday PM /Friday AM/PM and Second Half: Saturday AM & PM and Sunday AM)
Space out booths and mingling areas. This will necessarily cut down the number of vendors we allow at once and would probably double the vendor fee.
Require health screening of all attendees and vendor representatives every day
Create multiple areas of exhibit space throughout the building with about 1/2 size large hall and other smaller areas
Cancel social mingling/food in exhibit hall
Create partitions between each exhibitor
Other
Of the above, which are the most important to you?
If we had to cut the number of vendors in the space available and in order to do so, had to raise exhibitor fees but that meant you would potentially have more face time with attendees because of less competition, how much more than your typical exhibitor fee with us would your company be willing to pay? (Our typical booth cost is on the low end of $600 up to $850 for premium spots around the edge and $1500 for event sponsorships placed near the food in the middle.)
