I understand that I am entitled to receive a copy of any appraisal report or valauation concerning with the application for credit at least three (3) business days prior to closing date. By signing below, I acknowledge either:
1) The receipt of each Valuation Report at least three (3) days prior to credit or loan closing, or, alternately,
2) Previously waived right to receive a copy of any Valuation Report generated within connection to the credit application at least three (3) business days prior to the closing date of the loan.
