  • PLEASE SEND PICTURES OF ALL DAMAGE (holes in walls, broken appliances, etc.) Also, if any towels are stained and the stains won't come out after bleaching, you may use them as cleaning rags.

  • Anything Left Behind By Guests?

  • Please notify me if guests left behind any personal belongings. Please check in all the cabinets and drawers.

  • Kitchen

  • Refrigerator

  • All of the bottles of condiments in the fridge are for my guests as well as the water container. Check to make sure all of the bottles of condiments listed below are in the fridge and that they aren't empty. If there is any food that appears to be left over from a guest, just throw it away. Please also fill up the water jug.

  • Bathroom

  • Please make sure BOTH bathrooms are stocked with the items below. Please check to make sure that the levels of soap (shampoo, body wash, hand soap, and conditioner) are adequate. If they need refilling, there are 2 gallon containers in the janitorial supply closet. One is a 3-in-1 soap (hand, hair, body) so you can refill all the soaps with it. The other is for conditioner. If the toilet paper roll is more than half used, please replace the roll.

  • Linen Closet

  • Please restock the coffees k-cups, the oatmeal packets, and the tea packets. Also make sure there is sugar, sweetener, and honey. Check the dishwasher to make sure there are no dishes left over.
  • Please restock with body towels, hand towels, face towels, rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, and a box of tissues.

  • Bedroom Closets

  • Check to make sure the bedrooms have the proper amount of pillows, blankets, and sheets. Please check that the pool key is in the master bedroom closet along with all the pool towels.

  • Trash

  • When taking out the trash, please re-line all the trash containers (including small bathroom trash containers) with bags. The liners are located under the kitchen sink.

  • Sinks

  • Please check under all the sinks (kitchen and bathrooms) for any leaks. Just open up the cupboards and feel the bottoms of the cabinets. If they are wet, please notify me immediately.

  • Laundry Area

  • Please check that there is no laundry left in the washer or dryer from guests. Please empty the lint from the dryer. Please check to make sure there are at least 10 Tide Pods in the Tide container.

  • Lights

  • Please turn on all the lights and check for any burnt out bulbs. If any need replacing, please notify me.

  • Snack Basket

  • Please put one of each of the different types of granola bars, a package of popcorn, and some candies/chocolates inside the snack container located on the ottoman/coffee table in the front room for my guests.

  • Guidebook

  • Whiteboard (Disregard if none)

    Name of guest is written on the whiteboard. Example:

    Welcome home, John and guests!

  • Name of guest is written on the whiteboard

  • Porch Light

  • Please set the front porch light outside the front door to the 5pm-12am setting so it will be on when my guests arrive. Also check to make sure that the time displayed on the light switch is accurate.

  • Cleaning Supplies

  • When you are finished cleaning, please put all the cleaning supplies away in the janitorial supply closet and lock it up. ***IMPORTANT*** Make sure that the doors are fully closed or the closet will not be locked. Try opening the doors to test to see if it is fully locked.

  • Remote Control

  • Please make sure that the TV and other devices connected to it like the cable boxes and Remote Control are working fine and in their proper places.

  • Lock Up
