    3- Satisfactory Performance: It satisfactorily and adequately meets established goals.

    4- Periodic Exceptional Performance: Meets and exceeds satisfactory performance standards at times.

    5- Exceptional Performance: Achievements are consistently above the expected level of core business requirements.
