Cancellation Policy No-Shows or arriving more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and up to a 100% no show fee will be charged. A No-Show is considered any appointment cancelled within 4 hour window of your appointment. I request 24 hours advance notice for hair cut cancellations and 48 hours for all color service cancellations. If proper notice is not given, up to 100% missed appointment/cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file.

Refund Policy ACME does not offer refunds on any services. However, if there is an issue with the color, cut, or extensions please notify her within 7 days after the service so it can be adjusted free of charge. Extension hair is non refundable. Refunds on products are valid within two weeks of purchase.
