Transaction Coordinator will not begin work until a fully executed contract is in place.
This includes signatures from all parties, and signed addenda or counter offers.
All pages of the applicable contract(s) must be turned in to the Transaction Coordinator before he/she begins work.
This includes Seller Representation Agreements, Buyer Representation Agreements, and Purchase and Sale Agreements. These contracts must be executed and legally enforceable to be considered for TC work.
If contracts are turned over to the Transaction Coordinator as legally unenforceable, the Transaction Coordinator will request further information from the Agent before any additional work will begin.
