The following are the terms and conditions for the rental of tables and chairs:
Rent Payment
The rent payment is payable by 50% down and the remaining 50% upon the return of the rented tables and/or chairs. No refund whatsoever shall be made whether Customer requests for the cancellation of the rent for whatever causes.
Returned Check
In the event that a check is returned due to insufficient funds, Customer agrees to pay an additional $30.00 penalty fee that shall be charged upon Customer upon final payment.
Inclement Weather and Fortuitous Events
In case of severe weather, Company may cancel the agreement without any expense on behalf of Customer. Company shall process refund within 30 days from the time of cancellation.
Delivery and Pick-up
Company shall deliver the Rental items to the designated address of the Customer. The same shall be picked up on the specified end date as indicated in the form filled out by Customer.
Customer Responsibility
All tables and chairs shall be returned in the same condition as it was rented. In case of damage, a separate assessment shall be made for its repairs or replacement. In case of damage, Customer shall be responsible for an additional cost of the damage incurred except as otherwise damage due to causes of ordinary wear and tear. Customer shall not sublease the rented items to anyone or use the said items in an illegal manner or for illegal purpose.
Customer Acknowledgment
Customer acknowledges and certifies that they understand the contents of this agreement. They have had a sufficient opportunity to ask for clarifications which are unclear in this agreement and have been satisfied by the response given to them by the Company representative. By signing this agreement, they agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions herein as well as bound to the rules of the applicable state and federal laws.
