We would like to invite you to take part in a short filmed interview about the XYZ Art Show taking place across multiple venues across San Francisco. An edited version of the film will be presented on the XYZ Art Show website and partner organisation websites. The film will also be uploaded to YouTube, Vimeo and any other appropriate video hosting websites and be shared across social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook etc) either in its entirety or as edited excerpts.
- I grant permission for XYZ Art Show to record and use A/V images of me in the manner and for the purposes stated above.
- I agree that XYZ Art Show will own the copyright and other intellectual property rights in any material produced.
- I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished interview/film prior to publication.
- I agree that footage, still images or excerpts may also be used for general promotional purposes by XYZ Art Show and partner organisations in the future without notifying me.
