Above Average: The teacher demonstrated promising proficiency and skills in the field.
Average: The teacher demonstrated the required minimum standard.
Minimal: The teacher demonstrated minimum performance but did not meet the minimum standard required during the evaluation period.
Poor: The teacher was not able to show the minimum required standard of performance during the period of this evaluation.
