Release and Waiver of Liability
In consideration for being permitted to participate in or observe the drone operation, I, the undersigned, hereby agree as follows:
Assumption of Risks: I acknowledge that the operation and use of drones involve inherent risks, including but not limited to risks of accidents, property damage, and personal injury.
Release of Liability: I release and discharge the drone operator, their agents, employees, and any property owner or land manager from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action for injuries, damages, or losses that may result from the drone operation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the drone operator and any associated individuals or entities from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of my participation in or observation of the drone operation.
Acknowledgment:
I have read and understand this Release Form, and I sign it voluntarily. I acknowledge that I have had the opportunity to seek legal counsel regarding its contents.
