The Idea Filter Form
This is a tool created to help you think through an idea you have before presenting it to the rest of the team. It allows you to think through details, and questions, and articulate exactly what outcome/effect you want to accomplish with your idea. This way, you get the best chance of having the team "sold" and understanding the idea
If your idea, plans, vision, is really important, this will help clarify the details that need to be communicated.

The Idea Birth Process
Step 1 Fill this form out to clearly communicate your vision.
Step 2 Conduct a 25-55 min meeting to discuss the execution plan.
Step 3 Complete any additional forms (if necessary) to implement the ideas/plans.
Step 4 Create tasks/projects in Nifty and assign the people and the due dates for the task.

What is the cost (time, money, resources) to execute this plan/vision/idea? If you're not sure, provide the best educated guess.*
What will be the opportunity cost (time, money, resources) if the idea/vision/plan is NOT implemented and executed?*
