Summary
The Client agrees that he/she is responsible for all payments and providing all technical requirements involved with this Contract
The Host is responsible for providing the Client services detailed in this Agreement. The Client seeks to engage the Host for EMCEE services at the price identified below.
AGREEMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions apply to this agreement;
● John Doe shall arrive at the event location at least one hour before the starting time of the event to set-up and perform necessary consultation and logistics to prepare for the event.
● The client shall provide the necessary equipment needed for the host to perform his duties (1 Wireless Microphone, Speakers and Sound Equipment).
● John Doe is an independent contractor and not an employee of the client.
● In the case of additional hours requested after the end time outlined above, both parties shall discuss and agree on additional services and additional charges, payable the day of the engagement.
● The total fee agreed upon for this service is $350 for the duration of the event outlined above. A deposit of $50 is to be paid in advance to confirm the booking. Full payment is due on or before the day of the event.
● If the Client wishes to cancel the services, he/she must give the host at least 30 business days’ notice from the date of the wedding specified above.
● Any cancellation after this point will result in the client remitting 50% of the fee to the host unless otherwise discussed and agreed.
● The terms of the contract is terminated at the end of the event.
This contract shall be rendered void unless a signed copy of this agreement is received within 60 business days of the date below.
