- The submitted photo may be publicly displayed and voted on by contest participants and/or the general public.
- The photo must be an original work and not infringe upon any copyright or intellectual property rights of any third party.
- The contest organizers reserve the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with the contest rules or these terms and conditions.
