I, [Client's Name], agree to the following terms and conditions:

I acknowledge that I have been informed of the daily maintenance required for hair extensions and have been provided instructions on how to properly care for them and my natural hair.
I understand that hair extensions are more delicate than my intact human hair and agree to properly brush and take care of them.
I agree that failure to maintain my extensions or attend regular upkeep appointments may result in wear and tear on my natural hair, for which the salon and stylist are not liable.
I agree to pay a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, and an additional fee due at the time of service. This amounts to my overall total for the desired services.
I acknowledge that any changes to the agreed-upon color or method of extensions may require an additional deposit before installation.
In the event of appointment rescheduling, I agree to provide my stylist with 48 hours' notice, with the understanding that my deposit will be transferred to the new appointment. Failure to do so may result in an additional deposit requirement. Cancellation of the appointment will result in forfeiture of my deposit.
I understand that there will be a removal fee if I decide to remove the extensions before the scheduled time.
