Session Agreement:
The Photographer agrees to provide photography services as described in the selected package.
The Client agrees to arrive at the session location on time and ready for the photography session.
The Client understands that the session will last for the specified duration and additional hours may incur extra charges.
The Photographer reserves the right to use professional discretion and judgment in selecting and editing photographs.
The Client agrees to pay the required deposit to secure the session date and package selected.
Model Release and Usage Rights:
The Client grants the Photographer permission to use photographs from the session for promotional purposes, including but not limited to website, social media, and marketing materials.
The Client acknowledges that the Photographer retains copyright and ownership of all photographs taken during the session.
Payment Terms:
A non-refundable deposit of [Enter Deposit Amount] is required to secure the session date and package.
The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session.
Payment can be made via cash, check, or electronic transfer.
Cancellation Policy:
