    This Project Management Waiver Statement (“Waiver”) is issued to acknowledge and confirm that certain project management responsibilities, deliverables, or obligations may be waived, modified, or excluded by agreement between the parties.

    1. Purpose
    The purpose of this Waiver is to formally document the understanding that specific project management duties, timelines, or reporting requirements will not be enforced, in whole or in part, without affecting the validity of the overall project agreement.

    2. Scope of Waiver
    By signing this Waiver, the undersigned acknowledges that the following obligations shall be waived or deemed non-mandatory for the project:

    • Preparation and submission of weekly or bi-weekly progress reports.
    • Conducting formal risk assessments and mitigation plans.
    • Maintaining detailed project documentation beyond essential deliverables.
    • Organizing recurring status meetings outside of critical milestones.
    • Submitting budget variance reports unless requested by the client.

    3. No General Waiver
    This Waiver applies only to the specific obligations stated above. All other project management duties, contractual obligations, and performance requirements remain fully enforceable.

    4. Risk Acknowledgment
    The undersigned acknowledges that by waiving these obligations, certain risks may arise (such as reduced monitoring, reporting delays, or limited documentation). Each party accepts responsibility for managing these risks within their respective roles
