I release and hold harmless Advisor, its employees, contractors, representatives, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or losses arising from my participation in or reliance on the Services, except in cases of proven fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.
I understand that the Advisor does not guarantee specific results, returns, or financial outcomes, and that all recommendations or advice are provided for informational purposes only.
