Waiver Statement
I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I am voluntarily engaging in contract management services or activities (“Services”) provided by Advisor. I understand that contract management involves the preparation, negotiation, execution, monitoring, and administration of agreements, and that such processes may involve certain risks, including but not limited to misinterpretation of terms, delays, disputes, financial losses, or non-performance by contracting parties.
By signing this waiver, I hereby accept and assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with the contract management process and the reliance on Services provided. I release, discharge, and hold harmless Advisor, its employees, contractors, representatives, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or losses arising out of or connected to my participation in or reliance on the Services, except in cases of proven fraud, gross negligence, or intentional misconduct.
I acknowledge that the Advisor cannot guarantee the successful negotiation, performance, or enforcement of any contract, and that final responsibility for decisions and outcomes remains with me.
