Resource Management Waiver Statement
I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I am voluntarily accessing, utilizing, or participating in the use of resources, materials, facilities, or services (“Resources”) provided by Institution. I understand that while these Resources are made available for my benefit, there may be inherent risks involved in their use, including but not limited to misuse, unavailability, system failures, damage, or financial or operational losses.
By signing this waiver, I hereby accept and assume all known and unknown risks associated with my use of the Resources. I release, discharge, and hold harmless the Institution, its employees, representatives, contractors, and affiliates from any liability, claims, or damages that may arise from my use of the Resources, except in cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct.
I acknowledge that Institution does not guarantee uninterrupted access, availability, or performance of the Resources and that access may be subject to limitations or interruptions.
I agree to use the Resources responsibly, in accordance with all policies, guidelines, and instructions provided, and I understand that misuse may result in suspension or revocation of access privileges.
