  • Waiver Statement

    I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in activities, training, or programs (“Activities”) organized or overseen by Company. I understand that even with appropriate safety management protocols in place, participation in the Activities may involve certain risks, including but not limited to accidents, equipment failure, environmental hazards, or human error, which could result in injury, illness, property damage, or other losses.

    By signing this waiver, I hereby:

    Assumption of Risk: I accept and assume all known and unknown risks associated with my participation in the Activities, understanding that no safety management system can eliminate all potential hazards.

    Release of Liability: I release, discharge, and hold harmless the Company, its owners, managers, employees, contractors, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims, demands, or liabilities for injuries, damages, or losses that may arise out of or in connection with my participation, except in cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct.

    Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and defend Company against any claims, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) resulting from my actions, conduct, or non-compliance with safety instructions.

    Compliance with Safety Rules: I agree to follow all safety policies, instructions, and emergency procedures provided by Company, and I understand that failure to comply may result in suspension or denial of participation.

    Acknowledgment of Responsibility: I confirm that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in the Activities and that I have disclosed any relevant health or safety concerns to Company.
